BACKGROUND

Son to Delian Ketlan ( Starfleet Commodore) and Maryan Ketlan. Ryan is their only child, and lived with his parents on several starships. Ryan went to the Academy at the age of 17. After 3 years there, he gratuated 1st of his class, he was assigned to the USS Washington as Assistent Helm officer. Ryan recieved the Medal of Valor during the Dominion War. He risked his own live to save several other Starfleet officer who were pinned down on a planet with several groups of Jem’Hadar soldiers closing in on there position. The crash with there vessel on the planet, Ryan flew between enemy fire to the location of the officers and picked them up just in time. Althought he thought it was his duty the surviving officer thought otherwise.

PERSONALITY PROFILE

Ryan is a very nice guy who will help anyone when he can. He is also a very loyal friend, when someone allows him to be. However, because he is a full Betazoid, he has trouble making friends, people sometimes thing Betazoid friends always probe their mind.
